After 40 Hotel - Nairobi

Friendly staff prepared breakfast early for us.

My single room had a mini-bar, an iron, and an electronic key card. It was in the very central location excellent right in the heart of the CBD where everything was happening.

The hotel was MODERN and the location was good so close to a safari and a trip to the Rift Valley, the elephant orphanage and Nairobi gallery, many shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. The breakfast was adequate with omlette served on the roof and the food was nice.

The staff was cute and went the extra mile to prepare breakfast for us before the official hours, showcasing their dedication to guest satisfaction.

This hotel offers good and adequate breakfasts with omlette and a very nice view and African type food. All the staff members are lively and efficient. The venue is placed in a very central position to the David Sheldrick sanctuary. Moreover, getting to the lake on foot takes 40 minutes.

I stayed in a cozy single bedroom that was nice and modern. The bed was super comfy, and even though it's downtown, the room was quiet. The bathroom was clean and had amazing hot water pressure. Only downside? The restaurant looked a bit small and I didn't try the food since my favorite spot was nearby. But, I loved my stay overall!

My kids wished for more shower space that would allow for privacy.

The hotel is best for a short stay with a well-equipped room and a nice rooftop bar for unwinding. The vibrant downtown area is convenient, but some minor issues like no AC and occasional mosquito presence detracted from the overall experience.
